Fee Schedule

Individuals must be established patients of Laureate Medical Group or become established as a patient before a consultation visit

• Initial Consultation for Both Programs $120.00 for 60 minutes
• Follow-up for Nutrition Counseling $90.00 for 45 minutes
• 10-Week Series Weight Management $500.00 for One 30-minute visit each week
• 10-Month Series Weight Management $800.00 for One 45-minute visit each month
• 9-Week Group Weight Loss Class $400.00 60-minute class per week
• Med Gem analyzer $150.00
