About the Program

When indicated, expected outcomes will include a reduction in blood pressure, weight reduction (5-10% weight loss within 6-12 months), lowered Body Mass Index (BMI) 1-2 units, decreased waist circumference, lowered total LDL and triglyceride cholesterol, stabilized or increased HDL, reduction in fasting blood glucose and improved A1C.
