Our Certified Diabetes Educators* provide a comprehensive, full-day diabetes course, which is recognized by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. The course focuses on self-management training and long-term follow-up and support. During the course, you will learn about:

  • Goal setting
  • Lifelong diabetes care management
Most insurance providers offer coverage for diabetes education.
*A Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) is a medical/health care professional who possesses comprehensive knowledge of and experience in diabetes management, pre-diabetes conditions and diabetes prevention. A CDE educates and supports people with diabetes to help them understand and manage their condition, and promotes self-care to help them achieve their individual behavior goals for positive health outcomes.
