About Dr. Pink

Service to others is a theme that has run throughout Dr. Pink’s life. While practicing medicine allows her to help those who are sick and offer preventive care to all of her patients, she began caring for others as a teen by volunteering at hospitals and nursing homes. As a medical student, she went on mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Honduras to care for people in rural areas and during her residency, she volunteered at the Open Door Community Clinic in Atlanta. Dr. Pink is married and the mother of a young son.
